Baby Thank You Cards

A friend of mine recently had a baby girl.  I know that she received several clothing items, so I decided to make her some thank you baby cards.  This is hopefully some practical that she can use and also enjoy:) The first card is simple and I love the clean lines of it.  I also really like the sweet color of the pink.  It is called sweet blush.
The second card was done on Kraft card stock and used a combination of spring moss and aqua mist.  I really like the color combination but love using the little buttons inside the pea pod!  This was such a cleveraly designed set.  It certainly will be my go to set when a little baby arrives!

Congrats and welcome home

This congrats card is for my boss at Notre Dame who earned a recent award.  It was fun to use my new set called "Through the Trees."  I absolutely love this set!  The possiblities are endless and I can't wait to use it more and more!

This card is for Baby Catherine who should be coming home from the hospital this week.  It has been a long road for this family and having little Catherine home will be awesome!  Welcome home Catherine:)

How fun is this little thank you card.  I love the color combination of aqua mist and avocado.  It was so fun to use my gridlines to create my own background paper.  I had been wanting to do this for a while but had not gotten around to it!

Get Well Hugs & Wishes

I heard earlier today that a friend of mine, whose daughter is 3 months old, is in the hospital.  While she has great care, it is still unnerving for any parent to see their child suffer.  Since I will not be able to get the card there that quick, I thought I would post that I was thinking about her and will send plenty of prayers their way.  Get well little baby Catherine.

Hi There

This card is just a happy one and fun to send for no reason.  I took some of the element ideas off another bloggers card.  I loved how she made the grass.  Enjoy!

Congrats

I decided to try a blackand white theme with a little red for this card.  I also thought it would be fun to use some copic markers.  However, I do not have very many of them, so my options were limited!  I am very pleased with the results.  I hope you enjoy as well!

Happy, happy, joy, joy

I love the look of this cute card.  The colors really pop and it was fun to use Valentine's colors after all of the Christmas colors!  It is so fun to make butterflies and find fun ways to incorporate them into a card.  So happy, happy, joy, joy!

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #21

It is time for another Raspberry Suite Color Challenge.  I decided I wanted to use the technique that Dawn showed her blog a couple of days ago on ribbon.  I have always struggled with getting the ribbon straight and not bulky and Dawn's tips really helped!  As I was thinking about the colors, I wondered how they would all come together.  As I started creating, I was excited how the color came together in a soft and subtle design.  Enjoy the card!
